Una receta sencilla que permite quedar bien. Revolvemos los huevos con un poco de sal  y los pasamos a un plato y añadimos el chorizo ya frito.  Después seguimos añadiendo las judías cocidas y el tomate cherry al gusto que irán aderezadas con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen, vinagre pimiento verde muy picadito y sal .

El manjar de la humildad. Cuantos recuerdos y sabores trae un simple bocadillo de chorizo de Cantimpalos. La recomendación es hacerlo al fuego aunque no quede mal en el microondas pero si da algo más al fuego. Las lonchas no demasiado finas.
